We are getting excited about the upcoming Twist Sport Performance Summit and are looking forward to having positive and high energy that individuals join us on November 5^th, as well as the Pre and Post Summit Workshops on Nov 4^th and 6^th.  We are now less then a month away from the Early Bird deadline and would like to invite you to join us.  There are a few things we want to share and offer to those interested:

-Trigger Point  -Ultimate 6+ Course (4.5 hrs) Cost: $185.00 if you have your own U6 Kit (Kit required for course) or additional $130.00 for the Kit

Sunday November 6^th 9am-5pm – Whitby, ON

-ViPR Certification (8 hours) Cost: $250.00 including tax
