1986-89 birth year study of OHL players who played in the OHL as 16 year-old, grade 11 underagers
	The study looks at every player who played in the OHL at 16 and examines their 1st year stats, whether they were traded or cut in the OHL and did they
	make it to the NHL early as before they were 19 or in their first year pro at 20.
	As of October 15, 2007, of the 289 16 year-old grade 11 underages in the 1989-86 birth years, 73 have been cut right out of the OHL and 140 have been traded
